I was amazed at the beauty of this Bamboo Cutting Board. Bamboo is 16% harder than hard maple and one third lighter in weight than oak. To create this beautiful cutting board, strips of bamboo have been laminated together. The board is remarkably functional and good looking.

This block is hollow which means there is no way for debris and bacteria to accumulate inside the knife block and come in contact with knife blades.
