Bark River's Deluxe Game Series of knives is made up of a range of sizes that fit almost any hunting situation. Mike Stewart has designed these knives with field dressing and related hunting chores as their primary functions. They are heavily constructed and razor sharp. Any model, with their Quick Taper points and thick blade spines, will handle the task of splitting joints with ease.

Bark River's knife construction is what we would refer to as semi-production. There is a tremendous amount of hand work in these knives. But to offer the customer a reasonably priced knife, Mike has developed a process that includes laser cutting the blades from Swedish 12C27 high carbon tool steel. The blade blanks are then double quenched and triple tempered for maximum grain refinement and Cryo-treated for maximum stress relief. The blades are then CNC ground. From this point the work is done by hand. Guards and ergonomic handles are attached and shaped by hand and the blade is hand convexed to a hair splitting edge.

Satin finished 3-7/8" drop point blade is Sandvik 12C27 at 58-59 Rc. Full tang construction with 6061 aircraft aluminum guard. Measures 8-1/8" tip to butt and weighs 3.8 oz. Knives are 100% American made. Includes a leather pouch style sheath.
