These Italian made picnic tools are based on a design that in Depression Era America became called a Hobo Knife. The name stuck because some version of this knife was carried by men who wandered from place to place looking for work, many using freight trains as a method of transportation. The word Hobo became a name used to describe these travelers.
We have chosen two different versions of these handy little tools. One is simply five different tools that fold into three handles. The other contains a knife blade, fork and spoon in one handle. The handle is made up of two parts, which when taken apart hold the spoon and knife in one part and the fork in the other. The tools are stainless steel. The handles are anodized aluminum.
Three individual pieces; a knife, a spoon and a fork. The handle of the fork also holds a can opener. The handle of the spoon holds a cap lifter/screwdriver. Each piece measures 3-1/2" closed. Available only in red.
