At the 2007 S.H.O.T. Show, we were shown a prototype of Leatherman's new Skeletool™ and Skeletool™-CX. The basic premise is a really lightweight pocket tool with the most needed features and one hand opening and closing.
The Charge AL features bit drivers for versatility, a diamond-coated file for fine work and a 154-CM stainless steel clip point blade. The 6061-T6 aluminum alloy handles are heat-treated and hard anodized, and crafted with round edges for comfort for those long jobs.
The Hybrid gardening tool combines a quality pruner with a multi-tool. The user-friendly design lets you get to the tools you need quickly and safely.
The Leatherman team has come up with yet another winner. The Charge ALX has a hard anodized aluminum handle which houses 2 large bit drivers and a small bit driver, serrated knife/cutting hook, saw, clip point blade, wood/metal & diamond-coated file, bottle can opener. Clip point blade is made from 154-CM stainless steel while all other tools are made from stainless steel.
Each year the designers at Leatherman come up with yet another bigger and better multi-tool. One of the latest additions to their line is the Charge TTi. The Titanium handle houses a large bit driver, bottle/can opener, wood/metal & diamond-coated file, large screw driver, small bit driver, scissors, serrated knife blade/cutting hook and clip point blade.
Who better than Leatherman® could engineer a knife that does everything the hunter needs, in camp and at the downed game. Then they offer you a choice, a blade in top-of-the-line 154CM or over-the-top CPMS30V. The differences between the two models are a little more involved than that, but both are made of top quality materials with Leatherman quality workmanship.
The Nehalem and Klamath were designed by Leatherman's engineering and design team as an Extreme Use Tool. These tools are meant for use by the serious hunter of Big Game Animals. They are built to handle the thick hide of such animals as the Cape Buffalo or Wild Boar.
When you first take your knife out of the box, it may take you a minute to find and deploy the Gut Hook.
In celebration of Leatherman's® 25th anniversary, they have released this special-edition, serial numbered sterling silver Charge. Finely crafted by world-renowned silversmith Adrian Pallarols, these 999 collector's pieces have hand-tooled, sterling silver handles that feature the Leatherman® 25th Anniversary crest and Tim Leatherman's signature.
The Leatherman® WAVE has been one of the best of the pocket tools. Leatherman has chosen it to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of the company. The features are the same, but this one is a little dressed-up.
This landscape multi-tool features an industry-first: A rotating handle that stores a full set of professional tools.
With a dull blade, a knife is more of a paperweight than a tool. True to their history, Leatherman is building a “tool” that will function in many job applications all day long and still be ready for the next.
Since Tim Leatherman invented the first one in 1975, Leatherman has been striving to perfect the multi-tool. The E4 is just one more of those innovations.
Once you have used the Leatherman® Vista, you will not be without it when preparing a site for your hunting camp or setting up your tree stand. The strong sharp pruning shears easily cut small branches. For bigger cutting jobs, the heavy-duty saw zips through wood with ease. The built-in awl is perfect for starting tree steps and the combo edge knife blade is ideal for almost any cutting job in the woods or at the campsite.
The Wave Tool adapter makes your Leatherman Wave even more versatile. Just slide the adapter over the plier jaws and close the handles to provide a 1/4" hex drive that locks in three different positions.
There are lesser Juices available from Leatherman®, but the maxed out one is only a tad thicker and weighs very little more.
Measuring only 3-1/4" closed and weighing only 4.3 oz the Inferno is the most compact of the Juice series. With its rich red anodized aluminum handles the Inferno is a true Leatherman tool. Equipped with pliers, wire cutters, four screwdrivers, corkscrew and can/bottle opener.
If you want a tool that looks different, but functions just as well as you've come to expect from a Leatherman®, this is the tool for you.
The S2 is as lightweight as it is functional. Measuring 3-1/4 inches and weighing 4.4 oz. this keychain tool comes packed with tools. Includes serrated scissors, pliers, wire cutters, four screwdrivers, and a can/bottle opener. The anodized aluminum handles are contoured for comfort. Includes a lanyard attachment to fasten to your keychain or backpack.
Tim Leatherman has once again leapt ahead of the pack. The new "Crunch" is a folding, locking pliers. The entire tool folds down to a compact 4 inches. It weighs only 6 oz. and comes in a leather belt pouch. This is as remarkable as the "Wave®", which was Leatherman's top effort last year.
For several years the Leatherman WAVE has been the best of the pocket tools. This new one is even better. The two 3" blades (plain edge and serrated) of 420 stainless open easily with the thumb. All blades and tools rotate individually, letting you grab one tool at a time.
The Kick is a totally basic tool. The key differences in this tool is a handle that does not hurt your hand when you use the tool and an improved plier head with hard wire cutter and needle nose that also functions as regular pliers.
The Fuse uses the same handle and plier head that they used for the Kick and the same locking mechanism as the Blast, they have given us a multi-tool with a clever blade that includes a can opener, bottle opener and wire stripper all in one.
The Blast uses the same handle, plier head that is used for the Kick and the Fuse and the same locking mechanism as the Fuse.
Add even more features to the Blast, Fuse and Kick with Leatherman's Removable Bit Driver. The driver fits easily over each tool's Phillips screwdriver blade.
The Leatherman® Surge® is a multi-tool powerhouse-built with tough new pliers, longer blades and easy-to-use locks. A unique blade exchanger comes with saw and diamond/wood file blades. Large and small bit drivers include double-ended bits. Four outside-opening blades give you quick access to the tools you use most. With these new features, plus Leatherman's strongest scissors yet, Surge® is sure to be a much sought after tool.
For the past twenty years, the only knives that Leatherman has made have been those in their tools. In 2005, they decided to join SOG®, Buck®, Gerber® and others and make knives as well as tools. Their first move into the knife market is to introduce six knives in two levels of quality and price.
Anyone interested in knives and guns, or anyone who is a policeman, paramedic or fireman will know Leatherman Tools. In only about twenty years, they have gone from a young engineer with an idea searching for customers and money to build a factory, to the largest multi-tool producing company in America.

Leatherman's move into the knife business is a natural. I am surprised that they did not make this move long ago.
Leatherman® is continuing to improve their tools. The Core more or less replaces the SuperTool which is being discontinued. It is 1/2" longer than the original Leatherman tool and while the frame is not as large as the Supertool, the knife blades are the largest ever put into a Leatherman.
This is an off-shoot of their popular Juice series. The Squirt is available in two versions, a pliers based tool and a scissor based tool. Each tool weighs only 2 oz. and measures only 2-1/4", even smaller than the Micra.
Talk about HOT! The original Leatherman tool was super hot for years; until half a dozen other people got into the tool business and so fragmented the market that no one has enough to call it hot.
The Tool Adapter from Leatherman makes the Super Tool®, PST II® and Pocket Survival Tool even more versatile. For unmatched usefulness and torque, its standard 1/4" drive locks in three positions. No other multi-purpose tool adapter can do that!
The Leatherman Bit-Kit expands your bit collection with 21 extra double-sided bits, that's 42 tips. Each bit is made from S2 tool steel at 59 Rc. and includes its own black ballistic cloth sheath and bit holders for easy portability. Weighs 4.0 oz in sheath.
